jobArcher is a job-lead discovery and matching service. We surface openings that fit your profile, rank them, and help you keep track of the companies you approach. We are not a recruitment agency, a staffing firm, or a hiring partner, and we do not act as your employer or as your agent.
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, responses, or employment of any kind. Every hiring decision belongs entirely to the company you apply to. Nothing on jobArcher -- including a high match score, a paid plan, or any ranking we show you -- is a promise, assurance, or prediction of a job, a salary, or a hiring outcome. You are paying for access to the tool and the leads, never for a result.
For jobs you've explicitly accepted in jobArcher, our browser extension can fill each application form with the accurate information from your jobArcher profile -- name, contact details, resume, and the other facts you've given us -- and submit it after a short on-screen countdown you can cancel. You choose which accepted jobs it runs on, you can stop it at any time, and it never answers demographic/voluntary-disclosure questions or anything it doesn't hold a fact for; those are left for you to finish by hand. It also never touches a CAPTCHA or similar challenge. This is a convenience for jobs you have already decided to apply to, not a decision made on your behalf about which jobs to pursue.
No payment to jobArcher is refundable, in whole or in part. That covers Pro, including days added to a Pro period that is already running, and any subscription payment made before Pro existed. It includes unused days of Pro, a subscription cancelled part-way through its commitment, and dissatisfaction with the job leads or match results. Because you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, cancelling a subscription stops the next charge rather than refunding the current one. This does not affect any right to a refund that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
Pro is a one-time payment for 14 days of higher daily limits on jobArcher, Gmail auto-send, WhatsApp job alerts with mentor and guidance support, and HR connect (personal guidance from the jobArcher HR team). Telegram job alerts are free for everyone and are not part of Pro. It does not auto-renew, it does not become a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel -- access simply ends when the 14 days run out, and your account returns to the Normal daily limits. Buying Pro again while it is running adds 14 days after the current period ends. The first 25 Pro purchases are priced at the founding price of ₹49; every later one is sold at the standard price of ₹99. Normal accounts have daily limits that reset at midnight India time. Mentoring, WhatsApp support and HR guidance are delivered by people on our team, in scheduled sessions or during working hours, and they are not available around the clock; sessions are arranged in advance and are guidance only, not a promise of any interview, offer, or other outcome. Pro is meant to help you send more applications, and better ones; it does not promise any interview, offer, or other outcome.
Pro is a one-time payment: it does not auto-renew, and there is nothing to cancel. A subscription taken out before Pro existed is charged monthly by autopay for the commitment length that was chosen, and the monthly charge continues for that term. Every price we show is in Indian rupees and includes GST, so the amount on the button is the amount you are charged. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record and issues your tax invoice; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. You can cancel a plan at any time from the billing page, which stops future charges at the end of the current period.
Job leads come from company submissions, public postings, and third-party sources. Details such as salary, location, seniority, and whether a role is still open can be inaccurate or out of date. We do not independently verify every posting. Verify anything that matters to you with the company itself before acting on it.
Where we suggest a hiring-team or careers email for a company, that address is a starting point only. We do not guarantee it is current, correct, monitored, or the right person to write to — emails change, expire, and get reassigned. LinkedIn profiles we surface are checked by our team when we can, but you remain responsible for confirming every recipient before you send. Fill in or correct the To field yourself whenever you are unsure.
We draft outreach messages for you to review. Nothing is sent to a company or a contact without your explicit confirmation.
You allow us to store and process your resume, profile, and activity on jobArcher to generate and rank your matches, and to test and improve our matching algorithms. We do not sell your personal data. Your profile stays private unless you choose to publish it, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
The information you give us must be accurate and yours to share. You are responsible for what you send to companies and for your own conduct during any hiring process.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jobArcher is not liable for any loss, cost, or missed opportunity arising from a job lead, a match, an unsuccessful application, or any decision you take based on the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Government of India, and by jobArcher.
